How to Measure
- A) Length: Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the shirt (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the shirt.
- B) Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
- C) Sleeve Length: Place the tape at the center back of the collar, then along the top seam to the sleeve hem.

RETURNS POLICY
We’ll make it right. Every item is printed to order by our global production partners. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
How to get help
Email contact@bkkscene.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging label if possible).
Exchanges
Because everything is made to order, we don’t offer size or color exchanges for incorrect choices. If you received the wrong item (wrong size/color/design sent), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it.
What isn’t covered
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong size (please check the Size Chart before ordering).
- Packages marked “Delivered”, or delays/loss caused by the carrier — we’ll help you investigate and advise next steps, but we don’t automatically resend.
- Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete address.
